To production

Industrial support

The industrial issue is quantity production. Since the definition of a product is often linked to its process, how do you go from prototype to series production?

We can provide assistance with industrial project development, including the following aspects:

  • carry-over and sourcing to maximize the proportion of commercially available off-the-shelf components
  • integration of specific functions
  • choosing the right technologies to match production volumes and tooling investments
  • the presentation of subcontractors capable of producing these specific components.
  • set of manufacturing drawings
  • monitoring subcontractors

From prototype to mass production

We can help your company with its industrial project in the following areas:

- Procurement of main components, carefully choosing the right compromise between technology and the cost of the finished product

- Integration of specific functions

- Manufacturing technologies are carefully selected to meet production targets (quantity, tooling costs, etc.).

- Put your company in touch with the most appropriate subcontractors in terms of technology, cost and lead time

By way of illustration, here are two projects we have studied that have led to small and medium production runs:

Kart Renault Sport

The Renault Sport Technologies kart, shown here, is produced in a small series of 25.

Quad Adly

The Quad Adly, a multi-engine chassis produced in medium series in Taiwan, is equipped with engines from 320 to 565 cm3. Its front suspension, a classic double-wishbone design, has an original geometry, with spatial axes of rotation that integrate perfectly with the overall shape of the chassis:

      • in side view, the lower axle is raised to improve ground clearance,
      • in top view, the two axes converge to simplify their design and improve the strength of the triangles' mounting clevises, which become a common part
      • when viewed from the front, the lower wishbone is transversely raised towards the chassis, raising the roll center and providing greater resistance to rolling when cornering.

The next 4 photos are in chronological order, CAD, proto chassis, proto vehicle, and production vehicle.
